Data and code for: Vegetation determines how warming reshapes optimal water tables for wetland emissions
收藏资源简介:
This is a pre-publication version. The dataset will be updated to the full version upon manuscript acceptance. This repository contains the analysis code and a subset of the compiled dataset supporting the manuscript: "Vegetation determines how warming reshapes optimal water tables for wetland emissions" Contents:- Analysis_Code_Part1.R: Flux–water-table relationship analyses (Figs. 1–3), including piecewise breakpoint models, bootstrap uncertainty quantification, model comparison, and emission-side GWP optimisation.- Analysis_Code_Part2.R: Temperature sensitivity analyses (Figs. 4–6), including sliding-window Q10 profiling, dynamic parameterisation, bias quantification, and climate-adaptive trajectory extraction.- Public_Dataset_EXAMPLE.xlsx: Example subset of the compiled database (full dataset will be made available upon acceptance).- README.md: Documentation of file structure and software requirements. The full dataset comprises 16,343 paired flux–water-table observations from 454 sites across 153 wetland complexes in 27 countries. The complete dataset will replace this example file upon manuscript acceptance.
