Contour Lines 2022 2ft

These 2-foot topographic contours were generated by the City of Charlottesville using the 2022 statewide DEM provided through the Virginia Base Mapping Program (VBMP / VGIN). The dataset provides an updated representation of local terrain conditions suitable for planning, engineering review, stormwater analysis, and general mapping. Contours were derived directly from the 2022 LiDAR-based DEM at 1-meter resolution, ensuring improved accuracy over older legacy contour sets.
