Zip file containing CPR observations and the taxa list from the North Atlantic between 1958 and 2020 for those taxa that have been consistently looked for since 1958 and have a robustness flag of 1, sample level data (each sample being 1 row, equating to approx. 10 nautical miles of tow, 3m3 of filtered seawater). There are two csv files, the first contains the taxa observed (where and when), the second contains the taxa names and their ID used within the CPR Survey. CPR data is collected according to standard CPR methodology, see Richardson et al. 2006, Prog in Oceanog 68. 27-74.
