Exploring the effect of XingNaoKaiQiao acupuncture stimulation in rats with cerebral ischemia injury

To reveal the molecular signatures of XingNaoKaiQiao acupuncture on the Cerebral cortex of rats with cerebral ischemia/reperfusion injury, we performed bulk RNA sequencing. The rats were randomly divided into sham group, model group, rt-PA group and acupuncture + thrombolytic group. The model was middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO) thromboembolism model, in which the thrombolytic group underwent thrombolytic intervention at 6 hours post model establishment and the acupuncture + thrombolytic group underwent acupuncture intervention at 2 hours, Xingnaokaiqiao acupuncture stimulation was performed at the Shuigou (GV26) and left Neiguan (PC6) acupoints.
