Citizen Card: Doubling in 2023

This dataset contains the information related to the Duplicates of the Citizen Card during the year 2023.

When for loss, deterioration or theft of the citizen card it is necessary to obtain a duplicate, it can be obtained, in person, in any of the Offices of Attention to the Citizenship, after paying the fees established in the Regulatory Ordinances of Taxes and Municipal Public Prices, which are approved annually and published on the municipal website. The duplicate will be free of charge when the deterioration of the card occurs within the first three months after its delivery or has occurred due to the use of municipal self-service terminals or similar equipment; in the event that the holder of the card is a beneficiary of the Bonus-Free of the public service of municipal transport, and also when the holder of the card proves by means of the corresponding complaint, the theft of the same.

当公民卡出现遗失、损坏或被盗情况，需补办新卡时，持卡人可在缴清《税收与市政公共价格监管条例》规定的手续费后，亲自前往任意一处公民服务办事处办理。该监管条例每年审定，并于市政官方网站发布。
若卡片在交付后的前三个月内发生损坏，或因使用市政自助服务终端及同类设备导致损坏，补办可免除手续费；此外，若持卡人为市政公共交通服务免费补贴受益人，或能出示对应报案证明以证实卡片被盗，补办同样无需缴纳费用。
