Heterologous Expression of Anaerobic Fungal Enzymes in Escherichia coli for improved Biogas Production

In this repository are summarized the raw data on absorption- and optical density measurements as well as the gene selection files (Clustal Omega multiple alignment and tree building with 100 x resampling using Geneious Prime® v. 2024.0.7 (Geneious, New Zealand)) and further statistical testings.
