通过采集居民用户用气数据,比较用气量倍数与异常临界倍数,从而评估该居民用户是否用气异常,通过对该地区用气异常的居民用户进行统计分析,建立用气异常管理制度,燃气公司针对用气异常的用户进行派人上门核实,从防范燃气使用中有可能发生的风险进行,进而有效预防燃气事故发生。根据该分析数据,数据使用者可以用户的异常用气情况,建立分析档案,对经常用气异常的用户进行重点关注,从而更加准确和高效的防范燃气事故发生。1、物联网表每天上传读数到系统中,从而获得用户每日的用气量。 2、根据用户最近5天(当天用气日期的前5天)的用气量计算出用户这5天的平均用气量作为该用户临时平均用气量。 3、用户当天的用气量和计算出的用户临时平均用气量进行比较,当用户当天的用气量超过临时平均用气量的几倍时,判断该用户用气异常,需要燃气公司派人上门核实。计算公式为:用气量倍数=当天用气量/前五天平均用气量 4、异常临界倍数为前一年(2023年)正常用气用户的年平均用气量(用气量不为0的天数的总用气量除以用气天数)和当年(2024年)最大用气量计算得出。计算公式为:异常临界倍数=2023年最大用气量/2023年平均用气量
By collecting gas consumption data of residential users and comparing the gas consumption multiple with the abnormal critical multiple, we can evaluate whether a residential user has abnormal gas usage. Through statistical analysis of residential users with abnormal gas usage in the region, a gas abnormality management system shall be established, and gas companies will dispatch personnel to conduct on-site verification for users with abnormal gas usage, so as to prevent potential risks in gas use and effectively avoid gas accidents. Based on this analysis data, data users can establish analysis files targeting users' abnormal gas usage situations, and focus on users who frequently have abnormal gas usage, so as to prevent gas accidents more accurately and efficiently. 1. Internet of Things (IoT) meters upload daily readings to the system, thereby obtaining the daily gas consumption of each user. 2. Calculate the average gas consumption of the user over the most recent 5 days (the 5 days prior to the current gas usage date) as the user's temporary average gas consumption. 3. Compare the user's current day's gas consumption with the calculated temporary average gas consumption. If the user's current day's gas consumption exceeds a certain multiple of the temporary average gas consumption, it is determined that the user has abnormal gas usage, and the gas company needs to dispatch personnel for on-site verification. The calculation formula is: Gas Consumption Multiple = Current Day's Gas Consumption / 5-Day Average Gas Consumption 4. The abnormal critical multiple is calculated using the annual average gas consumption of normal gas users in the previous year (2023) (total gas consumption of days with non-zero gas usage divided by the number of gas usage days) and the maximum gas consumption of the current year (2024). The calculation formula is: Abnormal Critical Multiple = 2023 Maximum Gas Consumption / 2023 Average Gas Consumption
