Coilia nasus cultivar:Freshwater Fisheries Research Center Transcriptome or Gene expression

In this study, RNA-seq analysis was used to characterize genome-wide transcriptional regulation in the C. nasus brain in response to handling stress. We plan to reveal the possible mechanisms underlying how handling stress causes death in C. nasus and facilitate functional genomics studies and the discovery of stress-related genes.
