Qualitative Coding Dataset for "School Violence and Convivencia escolar in Chilean Public Policy in the Postpandemic Context"

This dataset accompanies the manuscript “School Violence and Convivencia Escolar in Chilean Public Policy in the Postpandemic Context.”It contains the qualitative coding materials developed during the critical discourse analysis of 34 publicly available official documents issued by the Chilean Ministry of Education and related public institutions between 2022 and 2024.The workbook includes: (1) the discursive repertoires identified in relation to school violence, convivencia escolar, and mental health; (2) the discursive strategies identified in the analyzed materials and their analytical interpretation; (3) the codebook containing the definitions of the principal discursive strategies; and (4) the bibliographic references and official URLs of the documents included in the analytical corpus.The original documents were published in Spanish. To preserve the fidelity and auditability of the qualitative analysis, documentary excerpts and analytical coding remain in Spanish, while worksheet titles and principal headings are presented in English. The dataset contains no personal, confidential, or participant-level data. All source documents were publicly available through official Chilean government websites.
