Effect of compound 1 produced by strain BL11 on mycelial gene expression in Aspergillus fumigatus

Aspergillus fumigatus is an opportunistic fungal pathogen that can cause life-threatening infections in immunocompromised patients. Antifungal natural products derived from microorganisms represent important precursors for the development of novel antifungal agents, and analyzing the targets of action of these natural products may provide potential drug targets for the treatment of Aspergillus fumigatus infections. This study aims to investigate the effects of Compound 1 on mycelial growth of Aspergillus fumigatus following treatment, elucidate the mechanism of action of compound 1, and identify potential drug targets through transcriptome analysis.
