The ScaleDiff-Math dataset is a large-scale dataset of difficult mathematical problems designed to enhance the reasoning capabilities of Large Reasoning Models (LRMs). The dataset is generated through the ScaleDiff pipeline, which includes three key steps: problem selection, problem generation, and solution distillation and filtration. The dataset is divided into generated and original splits, with each example containing a problem, a solution, and an answer.
