Persons with unemployment benefit, seasonally adjusted; personal characteristics and region

This table provides an overview of the number of persons receiving benefits under the Unemployment Act (WW) where seasonal influences have been adjusted. This is only about dismissal unemployment. The data are broken down by the following characteristics: — gender; — age; — region. The figures refer to the last day of the month under review. The table contains confidence margins, as the figures have a degree of uncertainty. Data available from: January 2013. No figures of labour market regions are available for the year 2013. Status of the figures: The figures from January 2013 are further provisional with the exception of the last three months, which are provisional. The compilation of data for StatLine tables that contain breakdowns by personal characteristics is always based on the most recent data from the Basic Registration Persons (BRP). Because different StatLine tables are updated at different times, it may happen that a different version of the BRP is used for one table than for another table. This may result in limited differences compared to other tables with the same population. In that case, the latest published figures are the most accurate.
