OpenData@USM is Universiti Sains Malaysia’s institutional research data repository, designed to store, manage, and share datasets generated by USM researchers. Hosted on the DSpace platform, it supports open access to research data in line with global open science initiatives, enhancing transparency, collaboration, and the long-term preservation of scholarly outputs. The platform allows users to search, browse, and access datasets, with authenticated login features for USM affiliates to deposit and manage their data. OpenData@USM reflects USM’s commitment to research excellence and data stewardship by providing a centralized infrastructure for managing research data responsibly and making it discoverable to the wider academic community.
