Description Sheets — Habitats Directive Environments

Description of all habitats of Community interest in Piedmont listed in Annex I (A) to the Decree of 20 January 1999 of the Ministry of the Environment. The sheets follow, where possible, the Interpretation Manual of European Union Habitats (1996 and 1999), simply referred to as the “Habitats Manual”, drawn up by Directorate-General XI of the European Commission, adapting and integrating the descriptions to make them as closely as possible in our regional context. A Complex Feature WFS (vers 2.0) service is made available. To use this type of service we recommend using — for example — the QGIS plugin ‘WFS 2.0 Client’.
