Naturentfremdung, bedrohte Ökologisation, Internetsucht – psychotherapeutische und ökopsychosomatische Perspektiven

Der Beitrag ist ein Kerntext zur Integrativen Therapie und den „Neuen Naturtherapien“. Er befasst sich mit dem bedrohlichen Phänomen progredierender Naturentfremdung einerseits und der Bedeutung der ökologischen Einflüsse auf die seelische Gesundheit andererseits. Beides gilt es zu sehen. Der Mensch als „Leibsubjekt embodied and embedded“ ist ja nach der anthropologischen Grundformel der Integrativen Therapie von 1965 neben Körper, Seele/Geist ein soziales und auch ein „ökologisches Wesen“. Das zu erkennen wird bei der derzeitigen menschenverursachten Naturzerstörung von Umwelt durch Pestizide, Erderwärmung, Vermüllung etc. und der Innenwelt von Kindern und Jugendlichen durch exorbitanten Medienkonsum vital wichtig. Auswirkungen sind Internet- und Game-Sucht und ökopsychosomatische Störungen. Pädagogische Orientierungen, die nur MINT-Fächer fördern, sind hier keine Hilfe. Es geht vielmehr um Maßnahmen, die wir als MINT-Plus Ansätze bezeichnet haben. Sie beziehen Naturerleben für eine positive Ökologisation – Lernen durch Erfahrungen „out door“ in der und mit der Natur – ein. In der Therapie kommt der Einsatz von Tieren, z.
