Captive breeding Pangolin gut virus

Enterovirus can affect the body health. Accordingly for the pangolins, fecal virome may also affect the gut microbe and the health. Therefore, a new method is provided to improve the health of cultured pangolins. Virus metagenomic sequencing, also known as Virome, is a new discipline that has emerged based on the theory of metagenomics and combined with existing virus molecular biology detection technologies. In recent years, the application of high-throughput sequencing technology has accelerated the pace of virus metagenomics in exploring new viruses. Based on the hypothesis that fecal virome of pangolins associated with health status, this study uses macro virus to analyze the structure of viruses carried in the intestines of pangolins, aiming to provide favorable references for the impact of viruses on the health of pangolins.
