Homo sapiens Raw sequence reads

Acute leukemia with ambiguous lineage (ALAL) is a heterogeneous group of highly aggressive malignancies with poor clinical outcomes, limited molecular characterization and lack of general therapy recommendations. Target next-generation sequencing was performed in 16 ALAL patients to detect genetic variants in the most revelant 173 genes in acute leukemia. Among them, samples from 15 patients were sequenced in Ion Personal Genome Machine and 1 was sequences in Illumina NextSeq 500/550 platform. Another 3 petients carried next-generation sequencing reports when they were admitted to Tongji Hospital while the raw sequencing data were not available.
