Exploratory Benchmarking of NIST Post-Quantum Cryptography for Financial Sector Migration Planning

This dataset contains benchmark measurements collected during an exploratory study of Post-Quantum Cryptography (PQC) algorithms executed across heterogeneous local and free-tier cloud environments.

The objective was to support early-stage migration planning, pilot candidate selection, and future roadmap studies for a financial-sector partner.

The dataset includes latency measurements, execution environments, CPU classes, payload scenarios (1 KB, 10 KB, 100 KB), repetitions, and algorithm categories including classical, post-quantum, and hybrid configurations.

Institution names, participant identities, and operationally sensitive details were anonymized.
