WOODEN COMPOSITE PLATE

The panel according to the invention made of wooden composite solves the problems of quality， aesthetic and load-bearing panels for furniture elements and for the elements that make up the interior of buildings. The basic wood composite consists of: a core of elements (4) made of solid hardwood and two layers (31) glued to the core and a layer (32) of MDF board， which close the core on both sides. The core removes the MDF board due to its thickness， thus providing high load-bearing capacity and flexural resistance of the composite. The high homogeneity and instability of MDF panels enable the use of elements in the core made of lower quality wood because they prevent the transfer of defects from the inferior core to the visible surface of the wood composite panel. The external MDF boards thus enable a high-quality upgrade of the composite by gluing one or more wood cut veneers or directly varnishing and painting. By making grooves (6) and due to the distance (E) between the elements (4)， the panels according to the invention are very suitable， such as various acoustic linings， partition walls. By selecting the appropriate refractory MDF boards and by choosing the right refractory coatings and varnishes， the wood composite board is suitable for the equipment of buildings where improved fire safety is required. The wood composite panel according to the invention belongs to the field of furniture and engineering elements for the production of furniture and prefabricated wall elements. Due to its high resistance and load-bearing capacity， wooden composite panels can be used for the production of bathroom furniture as well as for interior decoration.
