This dataset is generated and maintained by the Hai'an Municipal Bureau of Transport during the discharge of its functions of qualification management for road transport practitioners. It contains the following information of road transport practitioners: full name, gender, date of birth, resident ID card number, road transport practitioner qualification certificate number, check code, issuance date, initial issuance date, expiration date, archive number, and practitioner qualification, etc.
