We developed a model for acquired resistance to chemotherapy by treating mice carrying patient derived xenografts (PDX) of acute lymphoblastic leukemia with widely-used cytotoxic drugs for 18 consecutive weeks. Transcriptome and proteome showed shared dysregulations between replicate tumors providing putative targets to overcome resistance. PDX-ALL were treated with standard combination chemotherapy in vivo. Untreated, sensitive, persisting and resistant cells of PDX-ALL cells were isolated of murine bone marrow at different disease stages and mRNA expression pattern was analyzed. ---------------------------- Authors state "Due to German law, we are not allowed to publish raw sequencing data."
