To investigate the effect of UBE3D loss on 3T3-L1 differentiation, we generated Ube3d-KO 3T3-L1 cells. We then performed RNA sequencing on undifferentiated WT and KO cells to assess gene expression changes and alterations in RNA 3' end processing. Overall design: Sequencing of rRNA-depleted RNA from undifferentiated WT and Ube3d-KO 3T3-L1 cells grown in log phase.
