Dataset for: "The cymothoid isopod Anilocra chromis is negatively associated with multiple metrics of host condition in the Caribbean damselfish Chromis multilineata"

These data were collected in the U.S. Virgin Islands as part of a study investigating the impacts of a conspicuous ectoparasite (Anilocra chromis) on its host, the brown chromis (Chromis multilineata). The data collected include measures of behavior (locomotion and feeding) and body conidition (gonad development). We also look at the possible impacts of coinfection with other parasite species as well as the influence of extreme weather events (multiple hurricanes) on the prevalence of parasitic infection.
