This dataset contains raw and processed data exploring the effects of 5 mM metformin on the N-glycan landscape and glycosylation-related gene expression in a Caco-2 cell model. The study follows the dynamic changes during enterocytic differentiation across three distinct stages: undifferentiated (proliferating), transitional, and fully differentiated enterocytes.
