<b>ODS3 - Dataset of smear microscopy images labelled to evaluate methods for TB diagnosis</b>This dataset is composed of 3,280 extended depth focus (EDF) images.The EDF images resulted from the fusion of the stacks of DF images from the ODS1 dataset. It used the stacks of images from the slides 16 to 25.EDF images are 24 bits (true color images) and the dimension are 1388 × 1040 pixelsIn all 3,280 EDF images another image with the bacilli labelled was generated.ODS3 was generated to evaluate a proposal for automatic sputum smear microscopy methods for Tb diagnosis.The folders are individually stored as tar.gz archives, for a total size of 11 GB.
