Replication data for: Nepal (2006): Malaria Social Marketing TRaC and Net Coverage Survey in Six Districts of Nepal: Phase I of the Malaria Prevention Program

The purpose of the TRaC:Malaria was to answer the question: Among the target population living in the malaria affected districts of Nepal, what determines the use of ITNs in terms of opportunity, ability and motivation? The TRaC:Malaria was conducted in June-August 2006 amongst 1,800 respondents, via a structured questionnaire interview process. A multi-stage cluster sampling approach was used to draw a sample of households with children under age of 5 years living in program area of s ix malaria affected districts of Nepal where PSI operate. The six districts include: Bardiya, Dhanusha, Jhapa, Kailali, Kanchanpur, and Morang.
