Dengue incidence rates in 2,471 municipalities of Mexico from 2022 to 2024

This dataset contains dengue incidence rates for all 2,471 municipalities of Mexico from 2022 to 2024. Data were compiled from the National Epidemiological Surveillance System (SINAVE) and population denominators from the National Population Council (CONAPO). The dataset includes geographic identifiers (state and municipality codes), geometric attributes (area and perimeter), and annual incidence rates per 100,000 population for 2022, 2023, and 2024. These data support spatial analysis of dengue transmission patterns across Mexico, including Global Moran's I, Local Indicators of Spatial Association (LISA), and cluster detection.
