DataSet and GitHub repository for 3DCellSimulationsElectricalStimulation

Dataset associated with the paper “Realistic image-based simulations of multicellular systems exposed to electric fields for applications in impedance sensing and electrical stimulation” (DOI: 10.1016/j.sbsr.2025.100950), Data_Elegans_Astec.zip contains processed data from the segmentation of the C. elegans and Astec dataset: post_processed_images: reconstructed 3D volumes from the TIFFs. surface_meshes_cells_only: surface NETGEN meshes (.vol.gz) converted from CGAL meshes (.mesh - only the cells without the electrodes). final_meshes_with_electrode: final volume NETGEN meshes including the electrodes. 3DCellSimulationsElectricalStimulation.zip contains the GitHub repository. ASTECResultsTimeLapse.zip has time-lapse visualisations of iTMP and electric field dynamics of the ASTEC dataset at the different developmental stages.
