国源农村土地承包合同网签系统综合运用遥感、测绘、大数据、人脸识别、电子签章等技术手段，面向农户、发包方（村民小组）、村委会、乡镇以及县级农业农村主管部门等提供信息化手段，开发农村土地承包合同网签系统，包括web端和小程序端，由农户在小程序端提出业务申请，进行合同查询，签订合同，延包投票表决，发包方（村民小组）、村委会、乡镇通过小程序或web端，完成审核，审核通过的由县级农业农村部门完成信息编辑变更，并下发合同，实现全流程线上土地承包合同网签。

Guoyuan Rural Land Contract Online Signing System integrates technologies including remote sensing, surveying and mapping, big data, face recognition, and electronic signature. It provides informatization support for multiple stakeholders such as farmers, contracting-out parties (village groups), village committees, township governments, and county-level agricultural and rural administrative departments. The system has two terminals: web terminal and mini-program terminal. Farmers can submit service applications, inquire about contracts, sign contracts, and vote on contract renewal via the mini-program terminal; contracting-out parties (village groups), village committees, and township governments can complete the review process through either the mini-program or web terminal. For applications passing the review, county-level agricultural and rural administrative departments will edit and update the relevant information, issue official contracts, thereby realizing the full-process online signing of rural land contracts.
