These datasets were collected to evaluate the spatial-temporal
distribution of eosinophils within evolutional granulomas formed in the
liver during experimental (Swiss mice) and natural (water-rat Nectomys
squamipes) infections with Schistosoma mansoni, the causative agent of
schistosomiasis mansoni, a neglected tropical disease.
