Dataset for "A global review of salt marsh restoration: why simpler, context-specific strategies can outperform complex approaches"

This repository contains the data and code used for the meta-analysis presented in the manuscript "A global review of salt marsh restoration: why simpler, context-specific strategies can outperform complex approaches" . It includes: Dataset (quantitative data): numerical values extracted from the eligible studies and used in the statistical analyses. Metadata (qualitative dataset): descriptive information about the studies, including categorical variables used for subgrouping and interpretation. R script: code used to run the meta-analysis modles and produce the main results and figures reported in the manuscript, also with sensitivity analyses are present.
