通过整合电源侧、电网侧、负荷侧、储能侧资源，动态采集碳排放总量，全面记录企业在生产经营活动中的碳足迹，结合选取企业固定资产投资、企业研发经费支出、企业主要污染物排放量、企业用工人数四个维度的单位碳排放强度指标结合企业天然气使用量、企业蒸汽使用量、企业用电量形成的碳排放量，对其各赋予评分权重形成企业碳账户评价得分，最终将企业碳账户评定划分为深绿、浅绿、黄色、红色四个等级，形成碳账户评价体系。 企业在授权银行、担保公司以及碳账户平台后，银行、担保公司可根据碳账户的评分等级授信增信服务，量身定制金融产品。各大银行、担保公司根据企业“碳账户”等级及得分，靶向配套金融优惠政策，引导银行机构支持企业节能降耗、绿色转型升级，为企业提供获贷易、成本低、流程短、风控优和用途广的金融产品。

This carbon account evaluation system integrates resources from the power side, grid side, load side and energy storage side, dynamically collects total carbon emissions and comprehensively records the carbon footprints of enterprises in their production and business activities. It selects four dimensions of unit carbon emission intensity indicators, namely enterprise fixed asset investment, R&D expenditure, major pollutant discharge volume and number of employees, and combines them with carbon emissions calculated based on the enterprise's natural gas consumption, steam consumption and electricity consumption. Respective scoring weights are assigned to these indicators to generate the enterprise carbon account evaluation score. Finally, the enterprise carbon account assessment is classified into four levels: dark green, light green, yellow and red, thus forming the complete carbon account evaluation system.

After enterprises authorize banks, guarantee companies and the carbon account platform, banks and guarantee companies can provide credit granting and credit enhancement services based on the rating level and score of the carbon account, and tailor financial products for enterprises. Major banks and guarantee companies will formulate targeted supporting financial preferential policies based on the enterprise's "carbon account" rating and score, guide banking institutions to support enterprises in energy conservation, consumption reduction and green transformation and upgrading, and provide enterprises with financial products featuring easy loan access, low cost, short process, excellent risk control and wide application scenarios.
