Part of the departmental territory assigned to a lieutenant of louveterie. The prefect appoints for a fixed period the lieutenants of louveteries and determines the territories assigned to them (CE L 427-1 and Order of 14 June 2010 NOR: DEVN1013973A) These territories can be sub-communal. Wolves are a hunt for wolves and other large pests for destruction. The Prefect shall decide by order on the collective destruction of pests. He appointed, for a period of six years, louveterie lieutenants who would manage these collective destructions under the control of the departmental direction of the territories.
