Correlation between genetic (Jost’s D) and geographic distances on Grande Terre with and without Toupéti.

The strength of the correlation (r2) is estimated using reduced major axis regression and the significance (p) of the Z statistics is evaluated through randomization procedure. All combinations of normal and log-transformed distances are reported.
