FIELD: construction. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a finishing panel. Disclosed is a finishing panel， such as a floor panel， a wall panel or a ceiling panel comprising at least one base and possibly an upper layer， wherein said base comprises a synthetic material comprising polyvinyl chloride or a mixture of polyvinyl chloride and a copolymer of polyvinyl chloride and polyvinyl acetate， and at least one filler， in which said filler is present in said base in an amount of at least 20.0 wt.??%， based on the weight of said base， and said at least one filler contains talc in amount of at least 50 wt.??%， based on total weight of said filler， and where said finish panel has dimensional stability in the range of -0.20 to +0.20??%， determined according to DIN EN ISO 23999 at 70??°C.
