本数据集由国家农业科学数据中心(动物科学和动物医学)建设。该数据集根据科学数据共享的要求,主要收集中国饲料加工业和养殖业中最常用的84种饲料的有效能值,主要包括饲料干物质(DM,%)、粗蛋白质(CP,%)、猪消化能(DE,MJ/kg)、猪代谢能(ME,MJ/kg)、猪净能(NE,MJ/kg)、鸡代谢能(ME,MJ/kg)、肉牛维持净能(NEm,MJ/kg)、肉牛增重净能(NEg,MJ/kg)、奶牛产奶净能(NEL,MJ/kg)、羊消化能(DE,MJ/kg)等。其中,奶牛的产奶净能为3倍维持饲喂水平的数值。
This dataset was developed by the National Agricultural Science Data Center (Animal Science and Veterinary Medicine). In compliance with the requirements for scientific data sharing, it mainly collects the effective energy values of 84 most commonly used feeds in China's feed processing industry and breeding industry. The covered indicators include dry matter (DM, %), crude protein (CP, %), digestible energy (DE, MJ/kg) for pigs, metabolizable energy (ME, MJ/kg) for pigs, net energy (NE, MJ/kg) for pigs, metabolizable energy (ME, MJ/kg) for chickens, net energy for maintenance (NEm, MJ/kg) for beef cattle, net energy for gain (NEg, MJ/kg) for beef cattle, net energy for lactation (NEL, MJ/kg) for dairy cows, and digestible energy (DE, MJ/kg) for sheep, among others. Notably, the net energy for lactation of dairy cows is measured at 3 times the maintenance feeding level.
