This is the Supplementary data related to the study by Béjard et al., 2022: Calcification response of planktic foraminifera to environmental change in the Western Mediterranean Sea during the industrial era .
The .zip folder contains:
- R scripts for both pearson and linear modelling in order to test the independence between the different datasets as well as the General Additive Models developped for the environmental variables.
- Excel worksheets: the complete data used can be found in the "Bejard_2022_Forams_Calcification_SuppData" worksheet. Both "environmental" and "SBW_MBW" worksheets are the data in which the R-scripts are based on.
- SEM pictures: pictures of the 3 planktic foraminifera species studied on different angles and magnificence.
- Word: the supplement pictures and statistical analysis cited in the original manuscript.
