Effect of Morc1 knock out on gonocyte chromatin and transcriptome [RNA-Seq 2]

To investigate the function of Morc1 to chromatin state during gonocyte stage when around 10,000 copies of transposons are deregulated. We performed ATAC-seq, RNA-seq, ChIP-seq (for H3K9me3) using gonocyte at four developmental timepoints (E13.5, E16.5, P0, P3) during gonocyte stage为探究Morc1在生殖母细胞（gonocyte）阶段（该阶段约有10000个拷贝的转座子（transposons）出现表达失调）对染色质状态的调控作用，我们采集该阶段四个发育时间节点（E13.5、E16.5、P0、P3）的生殖母细胞样本，开展了ATAC-seq、RNA-seq以及针对组蛋白H3赖氨酸9三甲基化（H3K9me3）的ChIP-seq实验。
