Like mammals, teleosts also have a complete complement system, and their activation also requires the precise regulation of complement activation regulators to prevent self injury. As an important complement activation regulator, the molecular characteristics and functions of CD46 in bony fish need to be further studied, especially in cold water fish. As far as we know, the research on CD46 in cold water fish is still blank. This document is the original data of rainbow trout CD46 related research, including basic elements such as sequence file and collinearity analysis of rainbow trout CD46 molecule. The expression of CD46 gene in tissues and cell subpopulations is UIP detection experiment, CD46 inhibition complement activation experiment, etc. These results not only increase the understanding of the molecular characteristics and negative regulatory function of teleost CD46, but also provide a theoretical basis for the further study of the immune function of this molecule and its application in disease resistance and immunity.
