Provincial Environment Regulation 2018 — land standards water nuisance

This map layer is part of the version of the Provincial Environment Regulation Drenthe, adopted on 3 October 2018. The National Water Administration Agreement (2011) sets out working standards that express the level of protection deemed desirable for the various forms of land use. The forms of land use that are distinguished are: grassland, arable farming, high-quality agriculture and horticulture, greenhouse horticulture and cultivated area. The map shows, for different areas, the appropriate standards in which the risk of flooding due to large amounts of rainfall is related to land use.
