Children’s Emotional Expression Dataset: Action Units and Valence Time Series

This dataset contains time-series data of children's facial expressions annotated with Action Units (AUs) and corresponding emotional valence scores. Each sample includes a CSV file with frame-level AU vectors (AU01–AU25) and a matched CSV file with expert-labeled valence values (positive, neutral, negative). The data supports research in emotion recognition, affective computing, and AI models trained on children's emotional responses. All AU and valence files are temporally aligned for supervised learning tasks.
