Example dataset for "Elucidating subcellular architecture and dynamics at isotropic 100 nm resolution with 4Pi-SIM"

These are representative test data for the paper "Elucidating subcellular architecture and dynamics at isotropic 100 nm resolution with 4Pi-SIM ".1. ‘Fig5a_ER_4Pi_SIM_A.tif’ and ‘Fig5a_ER_4Pi_SIM_B.tif’ are raw data for the Fig. 5a, corresponding to the 86th time point.2. ‘6BOTF.tif’ is used for parameter estimation in OPLD.3. In the 'OTF' folder, the following files are derived from our generated 4Pi-SIM OTF library: '4PSOTF_OPLD_0_real.tif', '4PSOTF_OPLD_0_imag.tif', '4PSOTF_OPLD_20_real.tif', '4PSOTF_OPLD_20_imag.tif', '4PSOTF_OPLD_180_real.tif', and '4PSOTF_OPLD_180_imag.tif'. These files, along with 'Mask_4PS.tif', are used for Wiener reconstruction.4. In the folder "SIM Result_example," the files contain reconstruction results of the test data, provided for reference.Please refer to the Methods and flowchart in Extended Data Fig. 6 for a detailed reconstruction process.
