We further investigate the role of ARPC1B in remodeling the GBM immunosuppressive microenvironment. CK636, an inhibitor of ARPC1B, was detected by DrugBank database , showing the activity of targeting ARPC1B. To investigate the impact of ARPC1B inhibition on the tumor immune microenvironment in vivo, we evaluated global immunological profile changes in tumors from SB-bearing C57BL6 mice after CK636 treatment. The tumors were collected and isolated into single cells for scRNA-seq analysis.
