The table contains the following columns: * Abbreviation Country * Digits * Authority/institution [all ministries, state court and state parliament] The police vehicles have 5-digit license plates, each starting with SH 3. Column separator is comma, encoding is UTF-8. The period indicated does not correspond to any official information. It is currently incomprehensible since when the license plates are assigned in this way.
