Apoplastic barriers of Populus × canescens roots in reaction to different cultivation conditions and abiotic stress treatments

The data deposited here represents the raw physiological data of a study with gray poplar and different cultivation (hydroponics, aeroponics, soil) conditions and abiotic stress (abscisic acid application, oxygen deficiency) treatments. Data includes stomatal conductances, osmotic potentials of leaves and roots, root lengths, as well as analytical data of root suberin analyses.
