ESA 4DMED-Sea - Neural network reconstruction of 3D Mediterranean bio-physical fields from surface observations at 1/24 deg

Neural Network reconstruction of daily Mediterranean 3D fields of temperature, salinity, density and chlorophyll at 1/24° of horizontal resolution and 148 vertical levels (from 3m to 150 m of depth) with a step interval of 1m. The bio-physical fields are obtained by applying a physically-informed neural network on surface satellite and multi-observation data. The dataset includes 3D fields of geostrophic velocities obtained by combining the reconstructed physical tracers with surface geostrophic currents.
