本实验数据集的样本为从6月龄野生型(wildtype)与Q140敲入(Q140 knock-in)小鼠体内分离得到的纹状体(striatum),涵盖存在Alfy过表达(Alfy overexpression)与不存在Alfy过表达两种实验条件。Alfy过表达通过将人源WDFY3互补脱氧核糖核酸(human WDFY3 cDNA)敲入Rosa26位点(Rosa26 locus)实现。本次实验采用总RNA测序(total RNA sequencing)开展分析。实验样本均来自6月龄Q140及野生型小鼠,覆盖存在或不存在Alfy过表达的组别,提取材料为总RNA。每组包含4只雄性与4只雌性小鼠,样本量为N=8,实验所用小鼠均为同窝仔鼠(littermates)。
