Supporting data for "2D/Quasi-2D Dion-Jacobson Perovskites for Light-Emitting Applications"

The dataset includes all data for the thesis chapters. one part is for DJ phase perovskite-based blue light-emitting diodes (PeLEDs). The raw data are the characterization of DJ phase lead-based perovskite films and the corresponding LED devices with different hole transport layers. The second part reveals the effect of ambient exposure on the optical properties of tin-based perovskites. The last part is the characterization data for tin-based perovskites with improved ambient and thermal stability with additives incorporated or added. <br> <br> <br>
