本数据集包括钽、铌及其合金废料分类、清洗技术研究、熔炼电极制备技术研究、钽铌回收料熔炼技术研究、钽铌回收料铸锭的成分调控。包括回收料铸锭制备过程中废料利用率计算、再生铸锭化学成分对比测试与分析等数据。主要包括:01回收废料、成品铸锭称重与对比,计算实收率;02熔炼过程中工艺参数控制,主要为铸锭熔炼记录;03铸锭化学成分,按照标准要求对铸锭进行化学成分测量;04示范线摄影,主要为生产现场、生产设备、生产产品等。

This dataset covers research on classification and cleaning technologies for tantalum, niobium and their alloy scraps, preparation technologies for smelting electrodes, smelting technologies for recycled tantalum and niobium materials, and composition regulation of ingots produced from recycled tantalum and niobium materials. It includes data such as scrap utilization rate calculation during the preparation of recycled ingots, comparative tests and analysis of chemical compositions of recycled ingots, and other related data. The main contents are listed as follows: 1. Weighing and comparison of recycled scraps and finished ingots, and calculation of actual yield rate; 2. Process parameter control during the smelting process, mainly including smelting records of ingots; 3. Chemical composition measurement of ingots conducted in accordance with relevant standards; 4. Photography of the pilot production line, mainly covering production sites, production equipment, final products and other related contents.
