This dataset supports the study “Climate drives plasticity, local adaptation and maladaptation in apple trees.” The dataset includes genome-wide SNP variation, environmental variables, microsatellite markers and parameters used in ECOTRON climate chambers. Contents SNP genotype data and environmental variables for GEA analysis (GEA_data.zip). SSR (Microsatellite) data (SSR_data.zip). Genotype data called from RNAseq data for pixy analysis of Fst, Dxy and nucleotide diversity (*.vcf.gz files).
